Superfood: Chinese Wolfberry
Longevity Secret Discovered
A group of researchers from the Natural Science Institute in Beijing discovered a region in the West Elbow Plateau in Inner Mongolia where people lived to be over 120 years old --20 to 40 years longer than the average person in the region. These people were walking specimens of health, with little incidence of cancer, arthritis, or lupus so prevalent elsewhere. These villagers shared one trait that distinguished them from others, they consumed wolfberries daily.

Super Antioxidant
The Chinese Wolfberry is more than just a complete food: It is a vitamin- and mineral-filled antioxidant that contains over 13% protein by weight. According to the Natural Science Institute in Beijing, the wolfberry has more beta carotene than carrots and nearly as much protein as bee pollen and as much vitamin C as oranges. It also containes 21 trace minerals, vitamin B1, B2, B6, and vitamin E.
A new laboratory test known as ORAC (Oxygen Radical Absorbance Capacity), developed by USDA researchers at Tufts University, rates NingXia Red as the number one antioxidant product on the market today.

Burns Fat and Builds Lean Muscle
The wolfberry also has a high concentration of the branched chain amino acid
L-leucine, that we can only obtain from our diet. Inside the body, L-leucine is converterd into a powerful compound called HMB ( betahydroxy beta-methylbutyrate). To date, four human clinical studies have been completed, including a double-blind study at the American College of Sports Medicine in Minnesota. Test subjects who used only 3 grams of HMB a day gained up to 300% more lean muscle mass and experienced 295% gain in strength.
